Workout of the day - Sexy and strong

Great workout. It feels so much better with my new trainers! I couldn’t wait for the running and I have used them today, I don’t feel pain in the ankle anymore just a bit pain due to the old (veeeeeeeeeery old trainers) I had. Maybe all the pain I had (and still feel) in my ankles and knees was because of the old trainers.

12r 10/50s

1) Ugi Twist-Using - 19, 20, 19

2) Bucking Bronco - 25, 23, 24

3) Spiderman PushUps - 8.5, 9, 10

4) Sandbag Swing - 27, 27, 29

And the ab bonus, I made 6 rounds instead of 3

6r 10/50s

1) V Ups - 37, 27

2) ALTERNATING Over the Bolder Shoulder - 7, 8

3) SandBag Sit Ups - 2 kilos dumbbell 13, 12

Complete workout is here.

My mom carried me for nine months. She felt sick for those months with nausea, then she watched her feet swell & her skin stretch. She teared. She struggled to climb stairs, she got breathless quickly and she even suffered many sleepless nights. She then went through excruciating pain to bring me into this world. Then, she became my nurse, my chef, my maid, my chauffeur, my biggest fan, my teacher & my best friend. She’s struggled for me, cried over me, hoped the best for me and prayed for me. Most of us take our mom for granted. Reblog if you love your mom more than anything else in the world.

I don’t care if you’re a One Direction blog, a Justin Bieber blog, a food blog, a Hipster blog, but it wouldn’t kill to have this on your blog. Be grateful for what you have. Some people don’t even have the money to buy bread to feed their families.

I actually cry because I do have an iPhone. It’s unbelievable.. it really is.

I get a lot of “asks” about how to get a 6 pack or how to get the “V-lines” on the lower abs.
The thing that is important to realize, is that the SHAPE of your abs is determined by genetics. You can of course improve them through strength training, but you cannot change their general shape. For example, I tend to have that lower V-line on my lower abs.. even before I started training them! Until your body fat is low enough to where you can see them, you won’t really know what you’re workin’ with! You can unveil those abs by getting rid of the overlying fat on top… since it’s impossible to spot-reduce fat, you have  to lower your OVERALL body fat percentage.
Get rid of stubborn fat by:
Eat clean in a caloric deficit
Cut out simple carbs, junk food, sodas, condiments and sugary/processed foods
Control blood sugar by eating small meals every few hours
Consume lean protein at each meal
Incorporate healthy fats & fibrous vegetables into your meals
Lift weights
Incorporate some HIIT cardio a few times a week
Drink plenty of water
For those of you who have a Facebook, I’m finally on there! I’ve been posting a variety of things from nutrition, to training, to motivation and recipes. I hope you enjoy it as much as my Tumblr! <3
